HOW TO USE :
1. Thighten the filler tube to the filler nozzle.
2. Take off the plastic above the nozzle filler to unlock.
3. Insert the filler tube into the balloon and start to pump.
4. After the balloon is pumped, tighten the balloon.
* For balloon size uses : 5 pieces of 5" balloons/one bottle.
