VICTOR TD COOLANT TUBE KIT

This kit for use only with Thermal Dynamics XT-300 or XT-301 Torches. Do not use this kit on any other equipment.
PROCEDURE :
1. If necessary, raise the torch away from the cutting table to provide working room.
2. Remove the Shield Cup Assembly (including the cartridge assembly and consumables) from the torch and set it aside.
3. Use a 3/8" wrench to loosen the shoulder hex nut securing the water tube to the torch head. Remove the nut.
4. Pull the water tube assembly tube assembly straight down out of the torch head. Set the assembly aside.
5. Put the return spring onto the water tube assembly as shown. Apply a small amount of the lubricant included in this kit to the O-ring. Put the O-ring in the groove at the top of the water tube.
6. Position the water tube assembly below the torch head. Carefully press the assembly upward into the torch head until it seats fully.
7. Thread the replacement shoulder hex nut onto the torch head assembly to secure the water tube assembly in the torch head. Use a 3/8" wrench to secure the nut. Do not overtighten.
8. Re-install the Shield Cup Assembly (including the cartridge assembly and consumables) on the torch head.
9. Reconnect primary input power. Reconnect the gas supply. Adjust gas pressure as needed. Test the system for proper operation.
